Ridge Addiction Recovery Neetwork has spent several years developing a
program that carefully follows the scientifically established recommendations
of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Our program is unique
in that it focuses in understanding human behavior, and finding alternative
routes to express needed emotions, rather than arbitrarily trying to get
the addict to abandon self destructive behavior. In addition, we are the
first treatment center in the nation to provide Network Therapy Aftercare
Synthesis, a system of accountability that helps the addict remain in
recovery upon returning home. |

innovative modes of treatment, we stress the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics
Anonymous with an emphasis in their spiritual aspect, having all our patients
actually work through the steps once prior to their discharge. We realize
that this is not a substitute for the ongoing recovery work that will begin
after discharge, but we offer the addict a clear understanding of what he
or she is about to embark in. |
